Parking FAQs

Rotonda offers parking for tenants and their visitors.

The underground garage extends over 4 basement floors and is exclusive to tenants and users to whom the tenants authorise access. Our modern automatic license plate recognition system only allows entry to vehicles with a pre-authorised license plate number.

Visitor parking is available at ground floor - entry from Ogrinčeva street.

  • If the company you are visiting has not pre-authorised your license plate number to park in the garage, please use our visitor parking, available at ground floor - entry from Ogrinčeva street.

    The first 15 minutes of parking are free of charge.

    Before your departure, please validate your license plate number with the company administrator / receptionist. Visitors cannot leave the parking lot without validation.

  • If you have not pre-authorised your visitor’s license plate number to park in the garage, please direct them to use our visitor parking, available at ground floor - entry from Ogrinčeva street.

    The first 15 minutes of parking are free of charge. Each additional hour of parking is charged according to the current price list.

    Before departure, please validate your visitor’s license plate number. Visitors cannot leave the parking lot without validation.

  • Ground floor parking lot is intended for visitors of Rotonda only.

    If you are not visiting any company at Rotonda, please park your vehicle at public parking lots in the area.

    Rotonda parking garage is available for external lease. Please contact our team for an offer.

    The vehicle counting system is designed to detect vehicle entries and exits. When all rented parking spaces are occupied, the system will not allow entry to additional vehicles, until a parking space becomes available.

  • Parking for members of F45 fitness centre is available at ground floor - entry from Ogrinčeva street, during morning and afternoon training sessions.
